It includes:Embolization technologiesTheraSphere™ Y90 transarterial radioembolizationAblation technologiesAll designed to prevent tumor growth and induce necrosis, helping physicians save lives and limbs around the world.About the Role: Sr. Clinical Trial Manager – OncologyAs a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Early Feasibility Studies (EFS) in oncology. This role emphasizes agility, learning, and creative problem-solving to accelerate the development of breakthrough cancer therapies.The role is remote, with 10-25% travel required, and can be based in any of our EMEA locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic and operational planning of interventional oncology trialsManage global clinical studies in alignment with strategy, budget, and SOPsCollaborate on development of study materials, systems, and regulatory submissionsEngage with external physicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs)Oversee clinical trial budgets (up to 25%) including forecasting and variance reviewsDirect CROs and clinical vendorsEnsure audit readiness and risk management throughout the study lifecyclePresent study progress, data, and risks to leadershipProvide clinical input to product development teamsDomestic travel: 10–25%Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of oncology-related experience1–3 years in early feasibility oncology clinical research1–3 years of project/trial management experience1–3 years of financial and budget management experienceExperience working with CROs and clinical vendorsPreferred QualificationsExperience in solid tumor, medical device, or drug developmentFamiliarity with product development teamsKey CompetenciesInnovative thinking and problem-solvingStrategic execution with minimal supervisionStrong collaboration and influence across global stakeholdersAdaptability in dynamic and uncertain environmentsAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
