Sr Corporate Sustainability Officer

About the JobAs a Sr Corporate Sustainability Officer, you are responsible to lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals. This role involves driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering sustainable business practices across the organization. The officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into operations, product development, and corporate culture, while engaging with stakeholders, investors, and the community to enhance the company’s reputation and impact.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with all Business Units in the planning and implementation of Sustainability and CSR activities to ensure alignment with the group’s strategy.Lead and manage the execution of Sustainability and CSR projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of results.Conduct evaluations and prepare performance reports on the achievements of Sustainability and CSR programs regularly.Prepare the Company’s Sustainability Report in accordance with applicable regulations and international standards (e.g., GRI Standards, SDGs, OJK).Oversee and evaluate the use of environmental and social program budgets to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of impacts.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communication, Management, or other related fields.3–5 years in sustainability, CSR, ESG reporting, or sustainability communications.Understanding of CSR, SDGs, ESG principles, and reporting standards such as GRI Standards.Experience in preparing Sustainability Reports and OJK reporting (POJK 51/2017).Experience in leading corporate CSR projects.Analytical skills and experience in evaluating environmental and social programs, including calculating SROI (Social Return on Investment).Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About Kawan Lama GroupEstablished in 1955, Kawan Lama Group is a multi-sector group of companies who are constantly innovating for improving the quality of lives.
