The role will entail supporting enterprise-wide initiatives sponsored by the Chief Data Office. This role will focus on enhancing our data hub and advancing data quality. You’ll work directly with the clinical operations team to assist in the clinical data quality control process. You will also work with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of healthcare data across diverse systems.Responsibilities:Partner with Clinical Operations and Chief Data Office to support initiatives in data governance, data quality, and data architecture.Translate business requirements into structured logic or pseudo-code for feasibility assessments and implementation planningWork with the Clinical Quality Control Specialist on the clinical operations team to analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets, including those sourced from EHRs, practice management platforms, payer feeds, registries, and CMS.Evaluate disparate data sources, identifying integration points and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis for the Clinical Operations team, providing insights and solutions to support organizational priorities.Troubleshoot and refine SQL scripts or existing code to identify and resolve defects.Conduct in-depth analytical investigation to perform root cause analysis of key data issues, identifying systemic problems and recommending actionable solutions to prevent recurrence.Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to implement, integrate, and troubleshoot data pipelines.Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.Manage deliverables and timelines while contributing to broader enterprise goals.Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with healthcare data (EHR, PM, payer files, registries, etc.).Minimum 5 years of advanced SQL development experience.Direct clinical domain knowledge, with oncology experience (e.g., exposure to oncology workflows, treatment regimens, or biomarker data).Strong familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as EDI, HL7, and FHIR.Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning and task tracking with Jira (or similar tools).RN or NP preferredUnderstanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM), and metadata governance principles.Familiarity with OHDSI tools and OMOP common data model.Experience supporting cross-functional projects that involve both onshore and offshore teams.Strong grasp of data normalization techniques, mapping, and best practices for healthcare datasets.Proven ability to balance independent work with collaboration in a team setting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of driving measurable improvements in data quality.Benefits:Integra Connect, LLC provides a comprehensive benefits planMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hirePaid Time Off401k with employer matchPaid Holidays and Floating HolidayEqual Opportunity EmployerPlease note that the deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2025.
