Working alongside a globally collaborative culture, you'll serve as a data expertise liaison across multiple work groups, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights that support JLL's mission to shape the future of real estate for a better world.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead complex data analysis projects with minimal oversight while providing guidance and mentorship to team membersDevelop and maintain advanced SQL queries and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple source systemsApply sophisticated statistical and analytical methods to model data relationships and identify business trendsCreate and optimize dashboard and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau and Power BI to meet stakeholder needsCollaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement quality improvementsDesign performance tracking systems with leading and lagging indicators that monitor key business metricsCommunicate analytical findings and project updates to stakeholders while actively resolving roadblocksRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field7+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in big-data analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, and Power BIDemonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling techniquesProven experience in change management and stakeholder communicationHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to visual designPreferred qualifications:Experience with Alteryx data preparation and advanced analytics platformProficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automationFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworksExperience working in real estate, professional services, or Fortune 500 environmentsAdvanced degree in quantitative field or relevant professional certificationsBackground in business intelligence or data warehouse management
