As a Ness employee, you will be working on products and platforms for some of the most innovative software companies in the world.You’ll gain knowledge working alongside other highly skilled professionals that will help accelerate your career progression.You’ll also benefit from an array of advantages like access to trainings and certifications, bonuses, and aids, socializing activities and attractive compensation.Requirements And ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do Design solutions utilizing NLP models including chat assistants and RAG systems.Should be comfortable with evaluation datasets, automated evaluation, and early experimentation.NLP Model evaluation using both human-supported and synthetic evaluation methods and metrics.Deploy NLP models ensuring latency, reliability, and scalability.Discover new methods for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, quantization and latency optimization, document embeddings and chunking.Collaborate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineers to ensure smooth integration of NLP models into production systems.Troubleshoot complex issues related to machine learning model development and data pipelines and develop innovative solutions.Actively research, explore and identify the latest relevant methods and technologiesWhat You’ll BringBasic Required Qualifications:Level expectations: independent feature ownership, experimentation, architectural awareness.Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Computational linguistics, Engineering, or a related field. Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning methods and their mathematical foundationsStrong experience in Advanced Analytics / Data Science / Machine LearningProficiency developing NLP models, ideally with transformer architectures. Mastery of Python and ability to write robust and high standard, testable codeKnowledge of developing or tuning LLMSDesirable Experiences:1+ years of experience with implementing information retrieval systems.Experience with contributing to OpenSource initiatives or in research projects and/or participation in Kaggle competitions.Ability to work in a teamAble to report progress and summarize issues to a less technical audienceCurious and open-minded attitude to new approachesNot checking every single requirement?
