Join Bang & Olufsen and help us build the IT landscape that powers our iconic sound experiences.Your missionAs a D365 Technical Consultant, you will join B&O IT at our office in either Struer, Lyngby (Denmark) or Sofia (Bulgaria). You will take on an active role in our on-going IT Transformation program, where we are building the comprehensive new IT landscape for the commercial side of Bang & Olufsen to support our overall business strategies for Direct to Consumer, Retail, Wholesale, and B2B, including services and support.Key responsibilities:Technical architecture & environment managementImplement, and maintain D365 technical environments, including environment provisioning, deployment automation, and infrastructure optimization.Security & identity governanceLead the technical setup and ongoing management of Microsoft Entra ID Governance, focusing on access control, entitlement management and automated approval workflows.Integration & data migrationCollaborate with the Program team to ensure seamless data flow between D365 and other business systems.Change & release managementSupport technical change and release processes for D365, collaborating with our D365 Operational partner.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments, integrations, and system performance.Technical support & user collaborationProvide hands-on technical support to end users, resolving incidents, and offering guidance on technical aspects of the solution.Engage directly with users to understand technical pain points and deliver effective solutions.Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and usability for both IT and business stakeholders.Collaboration & best practicesWork closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Security teams to implement best practices and resolve complex technical challenges.Contribute to the development and enforcement of technical and security standards for D365 environments.What You BringYou are motivated by making a difference, digging into issues, understanding details while still able to keep a holistic view of the entire architecture and all dependencies. You make things happen and you are a strong communicator, empathetic, and ready to build a strong network that allows you to gain a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into solution architectures and executable plans.Moreover, you have:+5 years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant within Customer Engagement App and Solutions.In-depth understanding of D365 Architecture incl. Azure Cloud Services, Environment structures, Data Entities, workflows and Integration capabilities.Familiar with program languages like, PowerShell, C# and SQL.Experience with D365 F&O is also an advantage.Experience with implementation of multinationals group with multiple legal entitiesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.Fluent in English- additional European languages will be a plusWhat We OfferJoining B&O IT, you will become part of a professional team consisting of 25 dedicated colleagues.
