In 2024, we recorded annual sales of approximately $3.87 billion and secured $6.1 billion in new business.Responsibility: Visit designated customer regularly to develop and maintain a relationship and communication including review quality issues with designated customer as needed. If defect products were returned from designated customer, preliminary check of failure and product history then forward the information and defective products to Manufacturing Engineering, follow up the issue until closer. Coordinate Quality Analysis was requested by designated customer for investigation and identification of root causes. Review and submit initial response to the customer. Review warranty claim information and corporate with cross functional team in problem solving with 8D tool / VPRS until closer. Provide customer and related plant activities with timely updates in writing on current status and action plans. Facilitate presentation / meeting with internal team / external on Quality of supplied parts issue (if need). Qualification Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanic or related fields At least 5 year experiences in Customer Quality and Services of automotive products Knowledge in IATF16949 and core tool Good command in English both written and spoken Having experience with Ford is a plus
