We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position SummaryWe are currently looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team.ResponsibilitiesMaximize equipment uptime effectively in order to meet/exceed customer’s expectations and business goals throughTeam engagement and developmentCollaboration with cross-functional teams for continual improvement activitiesEnsuring the best in class Maintenance Program and equipment performanceProvide engineering solutions to equipment reliability/quality issues through effective problem solvingContinuous improvement mind-set into Equipment Design/System to deliver low cost maintenance and high reliability equipmentExercise Project Management Methodology to meet the safety/time/scope/cost performance in executing projectsManage budget and expenditures within the planned costCompile and analyse maintenance and cost data for leading team meetings and other presentationsManage spare part inventory within the planned value and turns. Maintaining accurate spare part inventory, ensuring stock availability, and compliance with warehouse standards to support maintenance operations effectively.
