Job AccountabilitiesInspection & commissioning of equipment as per the site requirements.Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of equipment fleet.Responsible for the periodic, schedule & repair maintenance.Prepare maintenance activity list and take responsibility of completion of all activities within the scheduled time.Responsible for the inventory planning & ensures maximum availability of equipment.Conduct technical training to O&M agencies crew & equipment users.Co-ordinate with the users for smooth functioning of the equipment as per their requirements.Co-ordinate with the users to resolve any operation and maintenance related issues.Adhere to all Safety Procedures during P&M Operations.Responsible for documenting and implementing maintenance check lists for all P & M equipment.Other duties as assigned.Skills And CompetenciesTechnical know how to handle technical matters of P&M in terms of Operations, Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, etc.Management of Manpower for Operation and Maintenance of equipment at site.Knowledge of Safety as well as Quality Policies.Good knowledge of equipment maintenance scheduling and spares.Strong verbal and writing skills, with regards to contractual communication.Knowledge of SAP, MS-office.Educational QualificationB.E / Diploma Mechanical EngineeringExperience Required NecessaryExperience of more than 6 years for B.E & 9 years for diploma engineer in Operations and Maintenance of Construction Equipment. DesirableWork Experience in large Construction /Contracting Companies in the same capacity, preferably in the Oil & Gas and heavy industry/ basic industry sectors
