Sr. Executive - Enterprise Data Network

Job Purpose:This Role will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance of EDN Infrastructure to ensure stability and availability Job Responsibilities:Operations of Enterprise Data Networks including Data Center Network, Network Security, Wireless & Wired Infrastructure in Nationwide offices & Wide Area Network.Monitoring of Network Infrastructure and suggest optimization activities for proactive measures to avoid incidents.Troubleshooting of Enterprise Data Network issues to ensure minimum possible down times.Implement & optimize the network security controls on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.Routing Protocols (preferably OSPF & BGP) implementation & optimizations.Management & configurations of 3rd party connectivity’s through P2P links & VPN Tunnels.Management & configurations of Cloud infrastructure Network using SDN tools.Analytical review of logs and events in network & network security devices like Routers, Switches, NG Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention and Web Application Firewalls.Next Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention & Web Application Firewalls Policies implementation & refinements.Evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the Enterprise Data Network improvements.End user support on VPN access with the implementation of Token based 2nd factor of authentication. Able to handle multiple project simultaneously Team Player able to effectively interact cross-functionally with a variety of individuals with different competencies and backgrounds ·Vendor management, engage vendor team for timely preventive maintenance and health check activities.Coordinate with Vendor for escalations of issues and timely resolution and preparation of Root Cause Analysis reports.Ensure implementation of vendor SLA and measurement of vendor quarterly KPIsJob Specific Skills:Must have proven track record of performing similar job role.Must have proven track record of implementation & management of complex network infrastructure.Must have strong background of TCP/IP Network, Routing Protocols and Network Security.Job Generic Skills:Business Communication & Presentation Skills.Strong analytical skills & Effective communication skills.Proactive, solution focused and service oriented.Interactive personality with relationship building ability.Have ability to work under challenging environment and sustain pressures.Result oriented, self-motivated and meets targets on time.Education:BS in Computer Science / IT / EngineeringWork Experience (Years):At least 5 years of experience in relevant domains
