DZN Labels Ltd. is looking for Sr. Executive- Internal Auditor (Garments Accessories)Job Description / ResponsibilityResponsibilities & ContextDZN Labels Ltd (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) is the 100% Turkish invested Multinational Label Company based in Gazipur, Kashimpur. We are producing Care Labels, Woven Labels, Offset Items, Silk Screen Labels and Barcode Stickers in our factory for a lot of Multinational Brands. We are looking for a skilled internal auditor.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and programs to reduce costs.Must have proficiency in ERP systems Logic.Checking requisition -wise purchase price quotation, costing, budget, and post-costing.Cost control of the company, check & verify all kinds of bills, vouchers for ensuring the accurate transfer of accounting transactions.To ensure credit terms.Ensure audit plan & its execution comply with guidelines.Ensure and conduct management system audit and operational audit.Collaborate with MIS and production teams to link financial data with operations.Follow-up management actions on audit recommendations and update the progress to the management.Proforma Invoice checking against work order.Accountable for the development and coordination of the company's internal auditing activities.Will check & verify the local purchase comparing with local rate & market.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in AccountingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in FinanceMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting· Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Accounts. Master of Commerce (M. Com) in MBA/ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Chartered Accountant/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Accounting from any Public University. CA(CC) person will get preference.Skills Required: Export Import Through LC, Internal Control, Internal Audit and ComplianceExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments AccessoriesAdditional RequirementsMust have fluency in EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
