Arrow Footwear Limited is looking for Sr. Executive- Lab & QualityJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are a renowned footwear manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality footwear in a 100% compliance factory. We are dedicated to ensuring ethical and sustainable practices in our operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality assurance team.Quality Planning & ControlDevelop, implement, and monitor QA procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.Plan and conduct in-process, final, and random inspections to ensure quality compliance.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D to ensure quality standards are followed at every stage.Ensure products meet customer specifications, buyer standards, and company quality benchmarks.Inspection & TestingSupervise incoming raw materials, in-process, and final product inspections.Review test reports and ensure all quality tests (physical, chemical, or functional) are properly documented.Identify, segregate, and control non-conforming materials or products.Ensure calibration of measuring and testing instruments at defined intervals.Process ImprovementAnalyze quality performance data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, rejections, and customer complaints.Documentation & ReportingMaintain all QA-related documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management review.Team Management & TrainingSupervise QA inspectors and ensure adequate training on quality standards.Conduct quality awareness sessions for production and operator teams.Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve inspection accuracy and consistency.eEducational RequirementsMastersSkills Required: Quality Management System, Quality assurance and controlExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Tannery/FootwearSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of QA standards, processes, and inspection techniques.Familiarity with AQL standards, and buyer quality protocols.Proficiency in report preparation and data analysis.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Leadership and team coordination ability.Job LocationDhaka (Ashulia)
