SAB. is looking for Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager HRJob Description / ResponsibilityThe Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR will oversee daily HR activities, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and local labor laws and BEPZA laws. Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and developments and employee relations—with a strong focus on complaint management, grievance handling, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding.Execute the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to interviews and offers.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and assist in manpower planning.Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.Coordinate with departments for HR planning and employee development.Maintain and update employee personal files.Ensure employees are briefed on company rules, HR policies,Coordinate grievance mechanisms and disciplinary procedure.Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement.Identify and coordinate employees training and skill development programs.Preparing yearly training calendar according to TNA.Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.Any other duties assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Bachelor/Master’s in HRM, Management, or related subject.Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Human Resource Management, Leadership and teamwork, Communication SkillsExperience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Garments AccessoriesAdditional RequirementsProfessional training/Courses in HR will be considered an added advantage.At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR functions.Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.Must have computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.Good understanding of labor law 2006 (amended) or EPZ labor law 2019Job LocationCumilla
