Western Footwear Limited is looking for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - HR, Admin & ComplianceJob Description / ResponsibilityShould have well-experience in Nirapon, BSCI, Sedex, GOTS, OCS, RSC, HIGG audits, conducting and maintaining. Should have good skills in preparing audit CAP reports and maintaining all compliance documents as required.Administer social and environmental compliance audits and prepare for buyer visits.Maintain communication with the government and compliance organizations.Ensure a healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.Keep up to date with Buyer Code of Conduct and handle social and technical audits.Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.Prepare and implement recruitment plans to support talent sourcing and timely hiring.Coordinate performance appraisal systems.Conduct salary surveys to remain competitive with industry trends.Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.Maintain discipline and the chain of command within the factory.Oversee access control, time attendance, security, and emergency procedures.Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.Timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills, rents and Govt dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, etc. and maintain proper records.Ensure timely maintenance, repair of infrastructure, facility, civil work, transport and office equipment, etc.Act as a liaison between different departments, executives and management.Daily working progress reports to the management, if and when requiredEducational RequirementsBachelor of Arts (BA)Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementSkills Required: Compliance AuditExperience Requirements3 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Tannery/FootwearAdditional RequirementsAbility to maintain and organize employee records, attendance, and personnel files accurately.Good understanding of recruitment, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.Skilled in communication, report writing, and coordination with different departments and authorities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR documentation.Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.Capable of working independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
