Amin Mohammad Foundation Limited is looking for Sr. Executive / Executive - Customer ServicesJob Description / ResponsibilitySenior Executive/Executive – Customer Services will play a key role in maintaining strong and professional relationships with the valued customers and stakeholders. The position ensures that all project-related services ranging from client requests to project handover and after-sales support are carried out efficiently, transparently and with the highest standards. The incumbent must possess strong communication, coordination and analytical abilities to bridge customer expectations with company deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary contact point for customers and landowners, ensuring effective and timely communication.Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and professional service.Understand customer needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction within company policies and standards.Handle client concerns, complaints and feedback promptly, maintaining a strong company reputation.Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback and follow-ups in an organized manner.Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up calls with clients to ensure a consistent service experience.Represent the company in customer meetings, handover ceremonies and association discussions with professionalism.Project Modification & Coordination:Advise customers regarding modification options within company policy and project guidelines.Forward approved modification requests to the Engineering Department and collect cost estimates.Analyze cost implications of modification works and prepare detailed cost sheets for approval.Send invoices to customers after authorization and ensure timely collection of modification cheques.Monitor and follow up on modification works by coordinating with site management through phone, letters, and personal visits.Invite customers to select finishing materials within the given timeline and follow up if delayed.Ensure timely material supply and coordination among Engineering & Construction and Supply Chain Management departments.Conduct site visits to verify that client-requested works are executed as per specifications and quality standards. Handover & After-Sales Support:Conduct final site visits before project handover to ensure all modification works are completed correctly.Organize and facilitate handover meetings with clients and ensure all required documents, utility papers and services are delivered.Maintain a register of client complaints after handover and ensure timely resolution.Follow up on post-handover issues and ensure client satisfaction.Collect client feedback to assess the overall quality of work and identify improvement areas. Market Research & Standards:Conduct market surveys on finishing materials and product standards to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Assist in setting and finalizing project finishing standards and securing client approvals.Prepare utility costings and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary documentation.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in ArchitectureMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingAdditional training or certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Project Coordination will be considered an advantage.[Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology ]students will get preferenceSkills Required: Customer Support, AutoCAD, Presentation skill, Interpersonal Skill, Communication, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Interior Finishing, Construction Materials, NegotiationExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm,Real Estate,Interior Design,DeveloperAdditional RequirementsProficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.Sound knowledge of construction and finishing materials.Professional, responsible and customer-centric mindset.Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.Knowledge of real estate trends and the local market.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
