Job Title: Sr. Executive, Media BuyingLocation: Naya Paltan, Dhaka (Full Time)Department: Digital MarketingSalary Rang: 30k to 40kSend Your CV: info@renixcare.comWe are looking for a results-driven Sr. Executive, Media Buying to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of advertising platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Conduct audience research to define targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance.Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives to achieve KPIs.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad visuals and copy.Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm updates, and media buying tools.Negotiate with media vendors and ensure cost efficiency across channels.Track conversions and assist in setting up pixels, tracking codes, and UTM parameters.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.2–4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Pixel setup, etc.).Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Compensation & Other BenefitsYearly Salary Review2 Festival BonusDuty time: 10 AM to 6 PMWeekly Day off: Friday
