A reputed Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh is looking for Sr. Executive-SCMJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and execute end-to-end SCM strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on speed-to-market, cost reduction, and quality assurance.Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning for raw materials, trims, and finished goods to ensure production schedules are met.Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization, implementation of best practices, and technological integration.Manage strategic sourcing of raw materials (fabric, yarn, etc.) and trims, ensuring competitive pricing, high quality, and ethical compliance.Negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance against defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role specifically within the Garment/Apparel or Textile manufacturing industry is mandatory.Proven experience with ERP and SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, custom systems).Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain ManagementMaster of Business Studies (MBS) in ManagementSkills Required: ERP Software, Fluent in English SpeakingExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments AccessoriesJob LocationMymensingh (Bhaluka)
