Tuan Packaging industries is looking for Sr.Executive (Store / Inventory Management)Job Description / ResponsibilityN.B. Candidates who are doing works at Garments Factory they will get most priority. Academic qualification will be relaxed in terms of highly experience candidates.Managing inventory, overseeing store operations, and ensuring all store activities such as-receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.Maintaining accurate inventory records through stock checks and reconciliations and prepare reports on stock levels and transactions.Receiving incoming materials & verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.Maintaining accurate records of stock (raw materials, finished goods, accessories & trims).Updating stock levels in ERP/Software or manual stock registers.Implementing FIFO-LIFO system as well as 5s.Storing materials in a clean, organized, and safe environment.Segregating shipment products that are processed for delivery or track inward and outward movement of goods.Monitoring life-cycle and the nearest expiry date of products.Keeping track of returnable products (e.g. unused trims, accessories & raw-materials)Preparing daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as well as monitor shortage of products.Collaborating with Production In charge for future requirements in accordance with target.Ensuring good relationship with all buyers and suppliers to ensure quality services.Assuring security and safety of inventories with prevent damages strongly.Physical presence is mandatory when goods are loaded and unloaded & match with LC number.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in AccountingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in AccountingExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments AccessoriesAdditional RequirementsSpecial skills-Candidate must have strong knowledge on Excel,Word,Power Point.Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in Garments,Packaging,Accessories & any other Group of Companies.Job LocationAnywhere in BangladeshSalaryTk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
