Sr Field Service Supervisor

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell, in Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance. You will also foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity. ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.Ensure the timely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.Monitor and assess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to enhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.Provide technical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting with complex or escalated service issues.Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize service efficiency.QualificationsExperience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team membersA background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accountsGood communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focusUnderstanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecastsIndustry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageous Our offerA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal development Competitive Salary and benefitsOpportunity to join a fast growing ever changing Global organization providing world class products and services to our customersWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
