Reporting into the FP&A Senior Manager, you will support all FP&A activities for the cluster including executive reporting, target setting, process design, and liaising with department leads across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly financial results, partnering with the US finance teams to understand business flow, macro- and micro-economic storylines, and key drivers of financial statementsIdentify, research, and communicate monthly and quarterly variances to prior periods, budget and forecastHelp drive the forecast and budget process across the entire P&L and Balance Sheet to ensure timely completion of all deliverablesPrepare reporting packages for recurring executive Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as other internal operating reviews and project reportingAssist in the development of and scenario analysis for the Annual Financial and Strategic Business Plan, including the preparation of business casesCreate tools and reports using Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to support reporting requirements and business needsEnsure integrity of financial models, reporting, and databasesParticipate in business case projects, which entails developing proformas and hind sightingSupport business partners with ad hoc requests for presentationsJob RequirementsB.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting or FinanceMinimum 4 years of progressive financial planning & analysis and accounting experienceBroad knowledge of accounting, tax and external reportingHigh degree of flexibility and adaptability that allows you to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic work environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality resultsCandidates should have a desire and curiosity to learn the fundamentals of the businessAbility to work with senior level management within an organizationExperience with Essbase and HFMLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
