Sr. Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial AnalystResponsibilities:Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives and drive profitable growth.Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Lead the annual operating plan and forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions through Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).Oversee monthly and quarterly reviews of key financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Free Cash Flow.Develop operating plan models using historical data and collaborate with leadership on sales, cost, and margin analysis; summarize key changes and communicate to stakeholders.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and ensure compliance with corporate deadlines for planning and forecasting deliverables.Monitor financial performance against plan, forecast, and prior year, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.Analyze monthly results, including volume and profit variances, and provide commentary for leadership reports.Lead product profitability initiatives, identifying low-margin products and developing action plans for improvement.Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing on pricing updates and data integrity.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and automation.Maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decisions.Drive continuous improvement by enforcing standard work and supporting kaizen activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally with exposure to corporate FP&A.Experience in a manufacturing environment with standard cost accounting.Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel with macros, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior executives.Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics platforms is a plus.Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, VB, .NET, Python, PERL) is a plus.
