Sr FP&A Analyst

Job Description and Requirement: Lead FP&A Function initiatives & projects, including financial analysis, business partnering & budgeting Perform financial forecasting and analysis according to the Company’s goals and strategy Analyze operational and financial data to create business models driving well-informed decisions. Analyze performance of KPIs and provide actionable insights to Senior Management team. Evaluate and report financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Enhance efficiency by driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Assist the Finance & others team(s) with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests. Act as an individual contributor for owned projects and guide the rest of the team on collaborative projects Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate opportunities and challenges, generate insights and support decision making Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, business informatics or any relevant skills. Master’s degree preferred 5+ years of related experience in Foreign company. Have Power BI designation experience is plus Fluent in Oral and writing English Good Communication skill Can work under high pressure
