该职位来源于猎聘 ResponsibilitiesSupport Group Financial Statements Consolidation and group management reporting. Ensure the compliance with IFRS, integrity, accuracy and timeliness. Analyze and review financial statements and supporting schedules. Provide accounting direction to countries and BUs.Support the system improvement to make group consolidation and management reporting more automatically and efficiently. Drive the standardization and integration of management reporting across countries and BUs.Coordinate the group financial and tax audits (internal, external, or on ad-hoc base by government and regulatory authority), and external specialists.Support the cash and investment funding management in group level.Support financing related matter in group level.Coordinate and support the budgeting and regular forecast update process in group level.Support other group level related matters.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above. CPA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent). At least 5 years’ experience in auditing; or accounting; or equivalent combinationStrong technical accounting skills. Knowledgeable with IFRS.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate others. Ability to influence co-workers, managers, internal and external stakeholders.Fluent verbal and written English.Ability to manage conflicting priorities.Strong analytical and numeracy skills.Strong problem solving skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Management of others.
