LIMRS Construction And Interior is looking for Sr. HR Executive Job Description / ResponsibilityPerform all cash management/store management activities of different units of the company.Manage inventories and prepare cash book, ledger, bills/invoices and vouchers on daily basis.Maintain and update records timely and provide support in all other departmental activities.Maintain salary records and prepare monthly payroll.Manage petty cash transactions and day-to-day office expenses.Keep track of client payments, outstanding dues, and follow-ups.Record and report monthly income and expenses.Maintain daily attendance, present and absent records.Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for payroll.Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.Maintain employee records, leaves, and other HR files.Monitor office discipline and support employee engagement.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm,Furniture Manufacturer,Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts (preferably in interior/construction firm)Must know Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principlesGood communication & record-keeping skillsMust have sufficient computing knowledge.Job LocationDhakaSalaryTk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
