In this role, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, bringing strong expertise in organizational culture, organizational development, payroll management, compliance, union relations, and HR best practices. You will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective HR operations across the organization.About The RolePartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, driving talent development, employee engagement, and a strong workplace culture.Oversee and manage weekly payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external vendors.Monitor and manage time and attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with labor laws.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor laws and ensure company policies reflect current regulations.Support labor authority inspections and conduct location audits to ensure compliance.Act as a liaison with labor unions, supporting negotiations and maintaining positive relationships.Collaborate with legal counsel on employment law matters, investigations, and risk mitigation.Manage employee relations cases, conduct thorough investigations, and recommend resolutions.Lead onboarding and offboarding processes Support shop floor discipline and coach managers on performance and conduct issues.Participate in risk assessments and compliance surveys, identifying and addressing potential issues.About YouBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.5+ years of HR experience, on a similar role. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS regulations.Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and time tracking tools.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Preferable supporting unionized environmentsFluent in EnglishWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
