Role PurposeDrive end-to-end hiring for the Bio-Energy business for all functions and levels, partnering with leadership to deliver top talent and build future pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute recruitment plans aligned with business expansion;lead full-cycle hiring for technical, plant, and leadership roles; source talent through portals, networking, and headhunting; advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market insights; manage and mentor recruitment team/partners;Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate experience;strengthen employer branding in the renewable energy sector.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sourcing and closure skills for niche/leadership roles; stakeholder management and business partnering;Strong understanding of entire talent acquisition and talent management processesQualifications & ExperienceMBA/PG in HR or equivalent; 8 to 15 years recruitment experience including 3 to 4 years in a lead role;Exposure to energy, renewables, or process industries preferred.KPIsTime-to-fill and quality-of-hire; candidate and stakeholder satisfaction; recruitment cost optimization;strong pipelines for critical skills.
