This includes our FLEXBenefits wellbeing spending account with over 1,000 eligible items selected by employees, our mental and financial health resources, and our personalized learning opportunities - just to name a few!Job DescriptionYour CareerThe Strategic Accounts Division II is responsible for both new business development and account management for Japan’s top strategic accounts in the non-manufacturing sectors, including retail, logistics, media, pharmaceuticals, construction, trading, and finance.In this position, you will be primarily in charge of retail and consumer goods manufacturers.Key ResponsibilitiesPropose and sell our security platform solutions to major domestic enterprisesDevelop a territory plan based on approximately five large enterprise accounts, prioritizing product opportunities and setting action plansCreate account plans for each client to generate concrete business opportunitiesConduct both new customer acquisition and account expansion activities with existing clientsCollaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to generate leadsIdentify clients’ business challenges and needs, and propose optimal solutionsWork closely with Solutions Consultant (SEs), Product Sales/SE teams, and specialized security teams to implement solutionsDrive business opportunities through partnerships with partner companies, ensuring mutual benefitUpdate deal progress regularly in the CRM systemManage quarterly performance through weekly forecast meetingsContribute to team knowledge sharing through internal study sessions and discussionsQualificationsExperienceRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of direct (high-touch) enterprise sales experience targeting large enterprise customersOver 10 years of experience in IT solution salesAt least 3 years of corporate sales experience in one or more of the following industries: retail, logistics, media, pharmaceuticals, construction, trading, or financeProven ability to build strong relationships with executive- and director-level clientsExcellent presentation skillsStrong planning skills, including the ability to develop territory and account plansProven track record of achieving quarterly sales targetsPreferred QualificationsEnglish proficiency (advantageous for keeping up with the latest information)Experience handling security productsExperience handling network solutionsExperience handling cloud solutionsIdeal Candidate ProfileHighly self-motivated and driven to achieve and grow, with a strong desire for personal and professional developmentAdaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a rapidly changing environmentAdditional InformationThe TeamAs a member of the Strategic Accounts Division, you will be responsible for new business development and account management for strategic large enterprise customers.Leveraging our wide range of products and solutions, you will aim to deliver the optimal product portfolio tailored to each customer’s needs.Our CommitmentWe’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
