Sr. Manager - Blockchain Analyst

Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager – Digital Assets & Real Estate to lead initiatives that integrate blockchain technology, digital asset management, and tokenization into the real estate sector. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring transparency, and creating new value streams for our stakeholders.The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop frameworks, introduce new ownership models, and design future-ready solutions that align with our vision of transforming real estate through technology.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Transformation & TokenizationLead and oversee the design and implementation of real estate tokenization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market standards.Explore and implement blockchain-based solutions that enhance transparency, security, and efficiency in real estate transactions.Drive innovation in digital investment models, enabling fractional ownership and diversified portfolios for investors.2. Digital Asset Management & ComplianceDevelop frameworks for the creation, storage, and management of digital assets in real estate.Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, blockchain, and real estate transactions.Establish governance structures, risk management practices, and audit mechanisms to protect stakeholder interests.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to integrate digital asset solutions seamlessly across the organization.Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to introduce new investment models to clients and investors.Work with external partners, fintech startups, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth adoption and scalability of blockchain-based solutions.4. Strategic Planning & InnovationIdentify emerging trends in blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets and assess their applicability in real estate.Propose and implement strategies that support the digital transformation roadmap of the company.Provide insights on new market opportunities, investor engagement, and value creation models using digital technologies.5. Stakeholder & Client EngagementAct as the subject matter expert on digital assets and tokenization for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership, investors, and clients, showcasing new digital asset opportunities.Support relationship building with strategic partners, industry leaders, and regulatory authorities to drive adoption.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications in Blockchain, FinTech, or Digital Assets (preferred).Experience:5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years in digital assets, fintech, or real estate innovation.Proven track record of managing blockchain/digital transformation projects.Strong understanding of real estate operations, tokenization models, and compliance frameworks.Skills & Competencies:Expertise in blockchain technology, tokenization models, and digital asset platforms.Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment structures.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools to deliver impactful proposals.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with a problem-solving and innovative approach.Traits & MindsetVisionary and future-oriented thinker.High adaptability to emerging technologies and market trends.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and cross-cultural environment.
