ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis:Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the site.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Cost Control & ManagementMonitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads.Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate accounting policies.Internal Controls & AuditImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.Coordinate with internal and external auditors for site audits.Business PartneringCollaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to drive financial performance.Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for site investments.ReportingPrepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership.Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate finance.QualificationsCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.10–20 years of experience in finance
