This role ensures secure, efficient, and reliable IT service delivery while leading a team of technical specialists.📌 Key Responsibilities🔹 Project ManagementLead end-to-end project lifecycle for M365 deployments, AV upgrades, and patching automation.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Manage risks, issue, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and support.🔹 Microsoft 365 OperationsManage and optimize M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.Monitor service health, usage analytics, and license compliance.Implement governance policies and security controls (e.g., DLP, MFA, Conditional Access).🔹 Audio-Visual (AV) SystemsOversee AV infrastructure including conference room setups, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams), and digital signage.Coordinate AV support for events, meetings, and webinars.Ensure AV systems are maintained, updated, and aligned with user needs.🔹 Patch ManagementLead patching strategy for Windows, macOS, Linux, and third-party applications.Use tools like SCCM, WSUS, Intune, or other endpoint management platforms.Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.🔹 Team & Process LeadershipManage a team of engineers and analysts across M365, AV, and patching domains.Develop SOPs, runbooks, and escalation workflows.Collaborate with cybersecurity, service desk, and infrastructure teams.🎯 Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT operations, with 2+ years in a managerial role.Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and AV technologies.Experience with patch management tools and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.⭐ Preferred SkillsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102).Experience with AV platforms like SeqriteFamiliarity with ITIL practices and change management.Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation.
