Our goal is to become the main engine of the Internet so we can create a more open web for all.Job DescriptionAs the Senior Customer Success Manager for Channel and Enterprise, you'll guide a team of Customer Success Managers, develop and implement strategic plans, and strengthen client relationships. In your day-to-day, you'll:Lead and mentor a team of individual Customer Success Managers (CSMs), inspiring and coaching them to meet and exceed targetsOperate as a “player-manager,” handling key accounts while overseeing the team's portfoliosDevelop and implement comprehensive account management strategies aligned with global corporate objectivesCollaborate with Marketing and other senior leaders to optimize performance and prioritize sales initiativesOversee the end-to-end onboarding process and ongoing account management to ensure a superior customer experienceImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain global alignmentDrive initiatives to enhance sales processes and maximize inbound revenue potentialExecute upmarket expansion strategies to target and win larger clientsRepresent Wix at international events to increase brand awareness and forge strategic partnershipsQualificationsRequirements At least 10 years of B2B account management experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams on a global scaleAt least 5 years of experience managing both individual contributors (e.g., CSMs, Account Managers)Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower teams of varying seniority levelsDemonstrated success working closely with marketing teams to drive and optimize sales performance through coordinated campaigns and initiativesSignificant experience in a startup environment, building and scaling account management operations from the ground upResults-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsProven success in securing large enterprise clients (upmarket experience)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing market conditionsFluency in Japanese and business-level English requiredAdditional InformationAbout the TeamWix Japan is an innovative team focused on expanding Wix’s presence in the Japanese market. Our local team spans Marketing, Sales, HR, Engineering, and Support, and works collaboratively to deliver the best Wix experiences for our customers. This position will support both Channel and Enterprise clients, with a primary focus on building and nurturing relationships with major enterprises such as global Telecoms, Directories, and large-scale corporations.
