This role partners closely with business leaders across Operations, Technology, Merchandising, and Strategy to provide insights, improve financial visibility, and drive better decision-making.The Senior Manager leads key financial models, supports long-term planning, enhances reporting capabilities, and delivers accurate, timely financial analysis to leadership and the Chief Financial Officer.Essential FunctionsLead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and clarity across all business units.Develop and manage financial models to evaluate business performance, ROI, pricing, cost structures, and strategic initiatives.Partner with department leaders to review trends, identify risks and opportunities, and translate operational data into actionable financial insights.Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership and the CFO.Support financial governance by improving tools, processes, timelines, and forecasting accuracy.Provide analytical support for strategic projects, capital investments, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives.Maintain a deep understanding of key business drivers and support leadership in shaping financial strategy.Serve as a thought partner to FP&A leadership, offering insights that drive performance improvement and operational accountability.Mentor and develop junior analysts; promote best practices in modeling, analytics, and reporting.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.6+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, complex formulas, scenario modeling) and financial planning tools.Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex data into clear takeaways.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers.High comfort level with large datasets, BI tools, and financial reporting systems.Excellent presentation and communication skills, including executive-ready narratives.Ability to build relationships and partner effectively across functions.Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.Generous paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts.Opportunities for career development and leadership growth.A collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced culture that values innovation and data-driven decision-making.The opportunity to influence financial strategy for a high-priority business area and a leading New York brand.DisclaimerThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by the teammate(s) in this role and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
