Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Open Farm's acquisition and retention efforts—with a strong focus on Paid Social strategy and performance optimization. You'll combine a deep understanding of creative storytelling with advanced analytical thinking to test, measure, and scale what works.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both the art and science of growth marketing—someone who can interpret data to inspire creative decisions, own the creative strategy, drive measurable impact, and help scale a purpose-driven brand that's doing good for animals and the planet.What You Will Own and DriveLead and Optimize Paid Social GrowthIn conjunction with agency partner, own day-to-day Paid Social execution across Meta and emerging platforms—developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns to achieve acquisition, efficiency, and CAC/New Customer goals.Partner with Brand and Creative teams to guide ad development—translating performance insights into actionable creative briefs that elevate storytelling and drive conversions.Continuously test and iterate on creative, audience targeting, placements, and platforms to identify breakthrough performance drivers.Develop and maintain a structured creative testing and persona roadmap, balancing rapid experimentation with brand integrity.Analyze creative and campaign performance to uncover insights that inform broader growth and creative strategies.Own, track and test customer experience from ad view through landing page experience.Support Multi-Channel and Lifecycle GrowthCollaborate on cross-channel acquisition initiatives spanning Google Ads, affiliate, podcast, and direct mail to support efficient customer growth.Partner with CRM and eCommerce teams to improve lifecycle performance through segmentation, automation, and retention programs.Monitor customer payback, LTV, LTV:CAC and retention metrics to ensure sustainable, profitable growth across all cohorts.Bring Analytical Rigor to Every DecisionBuild dashboards, reports, and models that turn marketing data into clear business insights.Analyze creative - including persona's, themes and engagement data to build and guide the creative strategyWork with agency partners to structure reporting optimizations in an easy-to-understand way, with data at the center of every decision.Leverage data visualization, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, MMM, or MTA) to measure incrementality, CAC and ROI.Partner with the Vice President of Growth Marketing to inform budget allocation, forecasting, and channel investment decisions.Use data storytelling to influence creative strategy and ensure every campaign decision is backed by insight.Collaborate and ElevateWork closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and creative direction.Share insights and best practices across marketing functions to strengthen creative effectiveness and analytical capability.Stay at the forefront of Paid Social trends, tools, and algorithms—bringing fresh, data-informed thinking to how we grow and engage our audience.What you bring to the table:6–8 years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth DTC or omnichannel brand.Deep hands-on experience in Paid Social marketing (Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms).Proven ability to translate creative testing and performance data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, modeling, and reporting.Experience with marketing analytics and attribution platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, or MMM/MTA frameworks).Ability to bridge creative and analytical worlds—comfortable partnering with designers, copywriters, and analysts alike.Highly collaborative, curious, and motivated to experiment, learn, and deliver measurable results.Passion for purpose-driven brands and Open Farm's mission to Do Some Good®.What We Offer You — It's the Perfect PackageAn opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive within a mission-driven, dynamic, and fast-growing company alongside thoughtful and passionate individuals.Competitive compensation and a full suite of benefits - including a monthly pet feeding program for someone who loves to keep their pet well-fed year-round.Great office culture (with lots of adorable pets!) where your pet interrupting a video call or meeting is the norm.Comprehensive healthcare coverage and RRSP plans with company match.Discounted food, apparel, and insurance for your furry family members.PTO plus company-wide wellness and personal days to support your wellbeing.Volunteer days to give back to our community.Our ValuesWe Raise the Bar | We Open the Barn Doors | We Graze Lightly | We Are Customer Obsessed | We Are One Team  | Win-Win PartnershipsTo learn more about Open Farm, follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn.Open Farm values diversity in its workforce and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
