About this Position Defining and leading KAM strategies, growth plans (and innovation roadmap) to achieve regional / local Business Unit (BU)/ Strategy Business Unit (SBU) goals.What You´ll DoDevelops and executes regional / local key account strategy (short-/mid and long term) aligned with the SBU/BU strategy. Leads, coaches and develops team. Delivers sales plans and project pipeline. Optimize portfolios to achieve higher growth and margins. Develop sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiate and secure key accounts contracts. Steers join innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth. Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling. Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Technical background is a plus, particularly in surface treatment, chemical engineering or material science. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial sales and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team. Regional management experience in Southeast Asia is preferred. Fluent in English. Additional language skills such as Chinese/Japanese/ Korean are merit.
