This position will drive major strategic projects and transformational efforts throughout the supply chain organization. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team to ensure successful adoption and execution of these initiatives, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuous Improvement Leadership: Design, launch, and manage a continuous improvement framework tailored for the Mill Supply Planning team. Establish key metrics, processes, and best practices to drive ongoing operational enhancements. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic Project ManagementLead major supply chain strategic initiatives from inception through execution.Identify and scope other transformational opportunities across the group, building business cases and implementation plans.Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, resources, and timelines.Stakeholder Support And EngagementPartner with Supply Chain and other senior leaders to drive transformational change and support group-wide initiatives.Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for supply chain strategic initiatives.Communicate progress, risks, and results to all relevant stakeholders.Change ManagementDevelop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.Engage with team members at all levels to address concerns and facilitate buy-in for transformational initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or continuous improvement roles, with proven experience leading strategic projects. Strong knowledge of supply planning, project management methodologies, and process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence organizational change.
