He/she will be responsible for delivering the financial performance internally (sales) and externally (account performance) to drive wholesale performance through brand execution, operational excellence, and collaboration with partners.Your ImpactLead and execute the wholesale distribution strategy for Thailand.Proactively lead a joint company–strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one- and three-year period.Identify new wholesale accounts, specialist doors, and corporate and institutional customers to meet annual wholesale targets.Understand wholesale partners’ business, retail landscape, city business and account map, and competitors to identify product sales opportunities to drive more sell-in and replenishment.Lead all customer-facing touchpoints within the GTM calendar, including prelines and sell-ins.Drive partnership performance through the engagement of key stakeholders, and coordinate the involvement of company personnel—including support, service, and management resources—in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.Build and maintain business relationships with wholesale partners and act as a trusted consultant to provide support and resolve issues.Conduct seasonal, quarterly, and monthly business reviews with accounts and develop and execute the proper product assortment plan for them.Liaise with Marketing and VM to create and execute the GTM plan in line with strategic account plans.Liaise with Merchandising to ensure seasonal and long-term assortment plans maximize business goals.Liaise with Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance functions on financial forecasting, product delivery schedules, and payment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred5 or more years of wholesale account/partner management, inventory management, or retail marketing–related experience2 or more years of supervisory or management experienceAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishStrong commercial acumen and understanding of the wholesale landscapeStrategic thinking; able to build and execute long-term strategic plans and partnerships with national retail partnersStrong organizational skills to balance and prioritize workExcellent communication and strong negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA sincere and contagious passion for building Under ArmourSmart, creative, compelling, and driven; not afraid to lead others past their comfort zone; creates a sense of urgencyRelocationNo relocation providedOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityAt Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, family or paternal status and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
