Our expert teams provide our partners with unparalleled access to retail travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, closed user groups and other high-value channels in some of the fastest growing, most relevant yet hard-to-reach source markets on earth.Responsibilities:Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains by negotiating and securing win-win distribution partnerships, facilitating hotel onboarding, and owning DidaTravel’s day to day relationship with your hotels.Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company.Engage with both individual hotels and hotel groups in your responsible destinations in order to achieve your targets.Ensure that partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive.Maximize sales for your hotel partners by providing relevant data insights and superior support services and collaborating closely with DidaTravel’s Yield / OP team, Sales Team, etc.Represent DidaTravel in the local market, build DidaTravel’s company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry.Educate DidaTravel’s colleagues on market dynamics and specific needs/requests from your portfolio.Secure additional rates and rooms as and when DidaTravel chooses to offer additional product to DidaTravel’s customers.Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.Responsible for bi-weekly optimization reports and monthly KPI review reporting to team leader or SVP.Responsible for weekly conversation and monthly key hotels and hotel chain review with Yield / OP team.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.Minimum 3 – 5 years of hotel contracting / hotel revenue & distributionexperience.Solid hotel revenue / e-commerce / distribution background with proven recordof handling major OTAs and online wholesalers will also be considered.Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, Self-aware, accountable, responsible.Independent work ethic, ability to work remotely.Car driving license.
