It has a worldwide network of packaging and distribution facilities.Position Summary:Perform all processes according to established procedures and cGMP standards. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse and serve as a backup cleaner when the cleaner is absent. Ensure that equipment and instruments in the work area are accurately maintained and operated. Provide regular reports on relevant work areas and maintain documentation for all processes conducted. Assist management in any other matters as required.Key Responsibilities:Management and Handling of Receipt, Dispatch, Return and Disposal of Clinical Trial Drugs Warehouse Management and Document Creation and Storage Labeling and Packaging according to Requirements Receipt: Management of receipt according to product storage conditionsReceive, account, and inspect all incoming shipments, and deliveries. Arrange or store materials under the right temperature conditions in designated warehouse locations. Distribution: Product and Thermometer Dispatch ManagementFulfill pick orders accurately and package clinical trial materials in the appropriate shipping materials. Ensure strict adherence to project guidelines and verify that courier information is complete and available when presented to the couriers. Export Shipment: QC checkCheck the accuracy of picked drug supplies against client orders and ship distribution documents and handle in-process check for Just-In-Time Labeling and perform in-process checks to ensure labeling is accurate and timely. Returns and Destruction: Inspection, Storage, and Disposal ManagementReceive and inspect returned shipments and deliveries. Retrieve and package all materials from inventory and handle appropriate transport and/or destruction of materials according to work instructions. Liaise with customers/site/internal department on return shipments arrangement and generate and provide monthly reports on returns shipment summaries. Secondary Packaging: Ordering, Inspection, and Storage Management of Packaging MaterialsGenerate documents (EPO, TD, EBR etc.) related to secondary packaging and handle physical labeling tasks, procure and receive materials for packaging under the packaging schedule. Document ManagementComplete documentation and update computer systems accurately. Ad-hoc tasksHave ownership of ad-hoc tasks depending upon needs and positively participate in cross-functional engagement.Qualifications:More than 3 years in Logistics/Warehousing operations Higher than high school diploma or equivalent experience Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred Completed military service or exempt is required Forklift license is required Proficiency in MS Office Able to commute to Yeongjong-do, Incheon Working Schedule:08:00 AM to 17:00 PM core hours and additional hours as required
