Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.The Senior Manager, Project Management will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Portfolio and Project Management Office activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs, a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.The candidate will support for overall project methodology, project planning, project management, risk management, resource management.Furthermore, this role act as the primary leadership conduit to the global Transcend program PMO partnering closely alongside the regional and local or site deployment teams to ensure all program objectives are met as well as partner across interdependent programs to ensure dependencies are managed and risks mitigated.Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for shaping and influencing all Project Management Office related activities and team members. Reinforce PMO cadence, mechanics, and day-to-day program methodology across all workstreams.Partner closely with the overall deployment lead and deployment managers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.Ensure interdependencies across programs are identified and managed appropriatelyActive member of the global Portfolio and Program Management Office and share the responsibility of making the overall effort a success. You will bring in your thought leadership, holistic thinking, action orientation, creative problem solving, and listening skills.Ensure the project follows deployment standard methodologies and stage-gate governance processes to ensure a quality solution is delivered on-time, on budget, and on-quality. Ensure the Agile methodology is applied both in the development work but more broadly across the project as well so that the drumbeat / rhythm is followed in all areas and by all teams on the project. Coach and train project team members on the overall project methodology as well as individual aspects of the specific project phases.Drive effective and consistent use of Project management tools (eg: Jira / MS Project).Identify, propose and implement improvements on existing project management tools and processes.QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor’s degree requiredRequires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.Requires a minimum of 3 years of Program Management experience on large complex business transformation programsRequires strong knowledge of MedTech, Medical Devices, Supply Chain or Commercial OperationsDemonstrated hands-on project management/delivery and tools (MS Project)Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired resultRequires people management and development experienceStrong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholdersCertification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpfulStrong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.Strength in interdependent partnering and team management is required.The ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required.Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation across the business is required.Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging best practices. Strong influencing role in shaping the journey for future of our Digital Transformation Roadmap is preferred.Position Location can vary.
