With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Sr. Officer - PSP & Escrow Products & Governance for our Banking client based in Dubai, UAE.Job Summary:We’re looking for a Senior Officer to support the development and delivery of PSP & Escrow products while ensuring full compliance with governance and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring risks, and streamlining product and governance processes.Job Responsibilities:Participate in product planning meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure timely execution.Assist in building and maintaining product roadmaps, release schedules, and prioritization of features based on business needs and customer feedback.Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT) to ensure smooth product delivery aligned with governance frameworks.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product enhancements and strategic decisions.Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation including business requirements, feature specs, and user guides.Support governance reporting by compiling daily, monthly, and annual dashboards and compliance logs.Lead UAT and sanity testing for product enhancements and ensure readiness for deployment.Ensure end-user documentation is current and accessible, and respond to customer queries related to PSP & Escrow products.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure PSP distribution and Escrow operations meet business objectives.Track and report product-related risks, compliance issues, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.Liaise with regulators (RERA, Lands Department) for statutory reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory updates.Facilitate internal communications and training sessions on new product releases, governance policies, and regulatory changes.Job Requirements:6–8 years in banking, with strong knowledge of PSP and Escrow products.Familiarity with internal/external policies and regulatory frameworks.Proficient in English & Arabic, with strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.Excellent planning, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
