Our unique industry-based, consultative approach helps clients envision, build, and run more innovative and efficient businesses.Role DescriptionAs a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will support the pre-sales process by assisting in product demonstrations, proposal development, and client interactions. Working under the guidance of the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will focus on preparing technical materials, answering client queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between technical and sales teams.This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior pre-sales position by gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement and solution support.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Support the Pre-Sales team in gathering client requirements and preparing technical documentation.Assist in creating and updating solution presentations, product demos, and proposal templates.Conduct basic product demonstrations and respond to routine technical questions from clients.Contribute to the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and assist in compiling SOWs and quotations.Coordinate with internal departments (technical, delivery, marketing) to obtain accurate information.Research industry trends and competitor offerings and summarize findings for the sales team.Maintain organized records of all pre-sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.Ensure timely follow-ups and support documentation for all active pre-sales opportunities.Escalate complex technical issues or solution requirements to the Pre-Sales Advisor or relevant stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales support, or solution coordination.Good understanding of basic technical products and services; willingness to learn more.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication abilities.
