Best of all, we have fun while doing it!About the Role:We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape and scale our Experience Platform - a SaaS solution that leverages data and AI to deliver actionable insights for enterprise customers.In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build and launch features that drive customer impact. You’ll translate business needs into clear product requirements, manage prioritization and trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution. Reporting to the Co-founder/CTO, you’ll contribute to our product strategy while focusing on the delivery of key initiatives that strengthen our platform’s value in the market.What you will do:Product Strategy & Execution:Contribute to product vision and roadmap development in alignment with company goalsTranslate customer feedback and market trends into actionable requirementsPrioritize features and define success metrics that ensure business and customer impactProduct Development:Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled featuresWrite clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverySupport the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and iterationCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement:Represent the voice of the customer in planning and design discussionsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to position new features effectivelyPresent updates, demos, and progress reports to stakeholders and customersProvide clear communication and expectation management for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycleStakeholder Engagement & Communication:Build strong relationships across business and technical teamsProvide clear communication and expectation management for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage of the product lifecycleInfluence decision-making at the leadership level through persuasive storytelling and data-driven insightsAnalytics & Continuous Improvements:Track KPIs and feature adoption to assess product successUse data and feedback to improve product usability and performanceStay informed on emerging AI/ML trends to guide incremental innovationWhat you bring to the role:6-8 years of product management experience, with 3+ years building SaaS products in analytics, AI/ML, or related industriesExperience driving product execution with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong technical acumen and familiarity with data workflows, analytics tools, and SaaS architectures.
