It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.Position OverviewThe Senior Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of production operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role involves high-level decision-making, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence.What you'll doLead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance.Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline.Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand.Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area.Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance. Who you areBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
