Senior Project Manager – Atlanta, GA (Ground-Up Commercial Projects)We are partnering with a leading general contractor in Atlanta to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large ground-up commercial construction projects. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of project management for ground-up commercial projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address project challenges and maintain alignment with project goals. Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large ground-up commercial projects. Experience managing projects valued between $10M–$50M.
