Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to immediately support a global entertainment client on a 4+ month hybrid engagement in Los Angeles. The Senior Project Manager will leverage advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally Agile/Scrum, to accelerate a critical initiative involving a recently acquired subsidiary. This role requires an organized, deadline-driven Senior Project Manager with exceptional communication abilities and proven success working with diverse stakeholder groups, including those presenting unique challenges. The ideal candidate will seamlessly align their efforts with the parent company’s strategic objectives and proactively deliver comprehensive project updates.Responsibilities:• Lead project initiatives by developing clear goals, assigning tasks, and tracking progress across multiple teams.• Collaborate with internal teams, utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies to meet deadlines and enhance efficiency.• Provide regular updates to executive leadership, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges.• Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.• Drive communication between parent company and subsidiary teams to streamline processes and achieve targets.• Identify and address project roadblocks, proposing innovative solutions to ensure progress.• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and collaboration.• Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track tasks and maintain transparency.• Apply entertainment industry insights to optimize project execution and stakeholder engagement.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the entertainment industry.• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with a strong ability to lead teams using these frameworks.• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.• Mergers and acquisition experience is strongly preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
