SR React Native Developer

Role OverviewAs a Senior React Native Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — including designers, product managers, and backend developers — to deliver exceptional mobile experiences at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect interfaces.Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices are followed.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and on-time delivery.Troubleshoot and debug performance bottlenecks, crashes, and compatibility issues.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years focused on React Native.Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Deep knowledge of React Native architecture, including hooks, state management, and navigation.Experience integrating native modules and bridging with Swift / Objective-C (iOS) and Java / Kotlin (Android).Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, or similar state management libraries.Proficiency in working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, AppCenter, GitHub Actions).Strong understanding of app store submission, OTA updates, and versioning.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, remote teams.Knows how to speed up development using AI tools such as Claude Code — we will provide an active subscription.Willing to undergo a short trial period to demonstrate skills and compatibility before full engagement.Nice-to-Have / Bonus SkillsExperience with React Native Reanimated, Gesture Handler, or Expo.Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and In-App Purchases.Exposure to AI/ML model integration in mobile apps.Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or GraphQL APIs.Experience mentoring teams or leading small squads.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Why Join Stafflink?✅ Work with international clients and next-gen tech startups. ✅ Fully remote – work from anywhere. ✅ Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses. ✅ Access to premium AI tools (like Claude Code) to supercharge productivity. ✅ Opportunity to grow into Tech Lead / Engineering Manager roles. ✅ Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture.Apply Now!!!
