Along with your teammates in the Talent department, you will take part in the full recruitment cycle of candidates across LATAM & EU.📍This role is full-time and fully remote. ⏰You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.🛠 You will:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from briefing with team leaders, drafting and posting jobs ads, to sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers and heads of department;Hire candidates for multiple roles such as Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations;Participate in analyzing our recruitment processes and take part in their improvement and maintenance;Make sure our ATS databases and candidate details are up to date and easily accessible;Run pre-onboarding activities with future hires, including personal data collection, background checks and onboarding preparation in partnership with hiring managers.Work according to the EST timezone.👩‍💻 About you:5+ years of experience managing full 360 recruitment cycles for tech and non-tech roles.Advanced English level (C1) with experience screening international talent.Confident partnering with hiring managers to clarify role needs.Skilled with sourcing tools and job boards across global markets.Previous experience working fully remote, with strong independence and comfort collaborating asynchronously.Process-improvement mindset and strong independent decision-making.Open-minded, curious, and comfortable working across cultures.Start-up hiring experience is a strong plus.What We Offer💻 Forever remote role📍Work from anywhere role💰Salary in USD commensurate with your experience and location🏖Time to recharge: 15+ days off, US holidays, a bonus day each year with us, plus a festive end-of-year break!🌴Team retreats around the globe🌎Global exposure: collaborate with clients and teams across the Americas & EMEA.Insense is an official partner of TikTok and Meta.Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first company of 50+ people from 13 countries.
