Role OverviewAs a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse industries and roles. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting sourcing strategies, evaluating talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your role blends analytical rigor with relationship-building, positioning you as a key driver of client success and agency growth.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & SourcingManage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple sectorsDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, job boards, and social platformsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring client needsConduct market mapping and competitor benchmarkingAdvise on job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and market trendsCarrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needsAttending employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates and to the publicCandidate Evaluation & SelectionScreen CVs and conduct structured interviews using behavioral and competency-based techniquesCreate and refine scoring rubrics and evaluation sheets tailored to client expectationsPresent shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments and recommendationsProcess Optimization & BrandingAutomate outreach and evaluation workflows using Excel/Google SheetsDesign branded recruitment materials—evaluation sheets, interview guides, and candidate reportsEnsure compliance with labour laws and ethical recruitment standardsReporting & AnalyticsTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness)Analyse data to improve sourcing channels and candidate qualityPrepare client-facing reports with actionable insightsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any related fieldHR certificate/diploma is essential7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency settingsProven success in sourcing and placing candidates across functionsStrong command of ATS tools, CRM platforms, and Excel automationGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with international hiring is an assetExcellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
