The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and project management to drive innovative solutions and contribute to our ongoing projects.Location: Brisbane, United StatesRole: Sr. Research AssociateDuration: 6-month contract, maternity leave coverageResponsibilitiesEvaluate and optimize materials and processes within the Chemistry R&D teamInitiate, design, and execute experiments to develop and/or improve high-value novel technology for development of diagnostic testsUse molecular biology approaches to independently develop and optimize assays for chemistry technology developmentPerform basic analysis of high-dimensional data and collaborate with statistics and bioinformatics teams for comprehensive data interpretation.Provide expert support and guidance regarding experiment design, data analysis, and results to the broader scientific team.
