Job Summary Tasc is looking for a Sr. Sales Account Manager with min of 8 years of proven experience in sales and account management within the staffing industry.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients across various industries in UAE.Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.Job Requirement / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and account management within the staffing industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with strong people management skills.Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and industry best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
